The petitioners, eight in number, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named 14 persons as accused and alleged that when he made protest on construction of wall, the accused persons began to abuse. Accused Shiv Bachan Singh is said to have fired, which hit in the left leg of the informant Badri Yadav alias Badri Singh. Other accused persons are alleged to

It is submitted that except Badri Singh, no person was injured. The occurrence took place on account of land dispute and the entire family members are made accused. Considering the facts that on account of land dispute, the occurrence took place, but no specific allegation is made against these petitioners, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, in connection with Itarhi P.S. Case No. 61/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
