From para-83 of the case diary, it is evident that processes in terms of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. had already been effected and that being so, in view of judicial pronouncement laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court reported in (2014) 2 SCC 171 instant petition became non-maintainable and is accordingly rejected.
