The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384, 386 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Motorcycle of the informant was robbed when this petitioner called the informant to deliver the motorcycle when Santosh Kumar demanded Rs. 50,000/- as extortion. Motorcycle of the informant was recovered from possession of the petitioner.
This Court is not inclined to consider prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. Let the learned court below consider prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32672 of 2014 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2 / 2 receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 32 of 2014, G.R. No. 430 of 2014, pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Munger.
