The raid was laid on the information to the police that miscreants are preparing to commit the offence when two persons were apprehended along with one Hero Honda motorcycle and pointed iron rod. The apprehended accused named the petitioner.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that neither the petitioner was apprehended from the spot nor any recovery was made from the petitioner. The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of regular bail.
