====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2023 The Controller of the Examination is present. He states that certain deficiencies were found which resulted in the delay in affiliation of the concerned college. It is stated that the said deficiencies have been removed.

The matter is to be placed before the Board of Affiliation who will take a decision within two or three days. The Vice-chancellor has also taken a decision to allow the

Patna High Court CWJC No.9970 of 2022(7) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 students to be promoted as per the U.G.C. notification for the Covid period. An affidavit in this respect has also been filed by the University.

Taking note of the aforesaid facts, this writ petition is disposed of with direction to the University to take immediate steps with regard to affiliation and also issue necessary orders for promotion of the students and subsequent studies in the future classes. It is also directed to the Controller of Examination to take necessary steps. The University for conducting year-wise examinations in terms of the Provision of the University Act, in order to see that the future of the students is not jeopardise.

The writ petition is accordingly allowed.
