The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 324 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that for petty dispute for taking egg from the shop, the petitioner and the co-accused Sunny had fight with the son of the informant when one of them caused injury on the chick of the informant's son with knife.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that though subsequently the victim has suggested that injury was caused by this petitioner but he had the occasion to suggest the name of this petitioner when F.I.R. was lodged, moreover, injury has been found to be simple.

The aforesaid facts constitute good grounds

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33873 of 2014 (2) dt.23-02-2015 2 / 2 for prayer of regular bail if the petitioner surrenders within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order in connection with Siwan Town P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014 pending in the court of the learned C.J.M. Siwan. With this observation, the application is disposed off.
