Case No. 20 of 2014, instituted under sections 364 and 392/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The learned counsel for the petitioner draws attention of this Court to the fact that virtually no offence under section 364 of the Indian Penal Code is made out.
The petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the only thing that has come against him is that the motorcycle was used and that it was Pankaj Yadav, who was the person, who snatched the key of the vehicle and drove the vehicle.
