JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR) 03-01-2023 After some arguments, Mr. Brij Nandan Prasad, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition in order to enable the petitioner to file a revision petition against the order of the Appellate Authority, sustaining the cancellation of his license by the Licensing Authority.

Patna High Court CWJC No.424 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2023 2/2 Should such a petition be filed by the petitioner within a period of 30 days, the same shall be looked into and after providing sufficient opportunity to the petitioner to present his cause, the Revisional Authority shall pass an order within a further period of 60 days, giving reasons in support of the decision taken by him.

The petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
