1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 191(2)/147, 190/149, 126 (2)/342, 115/323, 132/353, 125(a)/337, 125(b)/338 of BNSS and 45/37 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and the informant alleges that on 26.03.2025 he along with the force had gone to raid the house of co-accused Radheshyam Ram and Kamlesh Ram when the accused persons started abusing as they had consumed liquor and even assaulted the police officials, on account of which, they got injured.
4. The learned counsel submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case by the informant. It is

No.37755 of 2025(2) dt.18-06-2025 2/2 next submitted that when police team reached the house of coaccused Radheshyam Ram and Kamlesh Ram, the petitioner being neighbour out of inquisitiveness visited the place of occurrence to witness as to what was happening when a ruckus took place and the petitioner came to be implicated.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the fact that petitioner is a woman, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Agrer P.S. Case No.64/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
