The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghorasahan P.S.Case No.302 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case no.1297 of 2013 registered under section 379 and other sections of the IPC.

The petitioner is alleged to have assaulted the informant with lathi.

It is submitted that there is counter version and on query, learned APP disclosed that no injury is incorporated in the case diary. The occurrence is of the year 2013. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikarhana, East Champaran at Motihari in connection
