Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 324, 325, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
It is alleged that on the order of Shyam Sundar Rai the accused persons fired from their pistols and made assault to the informant's side.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that accusation of assault is omnibus and general and the injuries have been found to be simple except one for which the opinion has been reserved. There is counter version of the occurrence also and from the petitioners' side one person has been killed and three persons received injuries.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 391 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
