This Court vide order dated 08.11.2012 passed in C.W.J.C. No.20724 of 2012 has given liberty to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance and the authority was directed to take decision in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the Zila Parishad submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and all the payments have been made to the petitioner. He further submits that as the petitioner was not feeling satisfied, challenge the same in C.W.J.C. No.5611 of 2016.
