The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 384, 379, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3(1) (ii) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Prosecution case is that on 11.12.2015 at 10.00 A.M. petitioner came to the shop of the informant and started threatening for non-fulfillment of extortion demand. It is further alleged that petitioner no.3 snatched rupees ten thousand from the pocket of the informant when all the accused persons and other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14923 of 2016 (2) dt.08-04-2016 2/2 took away chicken of the informant. The accused persons abused the informant by calling caste name.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that for a petty dispute the accusation has been levelled. For the occurrence of 11.12.2015, the FIR was registered on 18.12.2015. A statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Considering delayed lodging of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Danapur, in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.281/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
