2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 303, 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 112(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 21 of the M.M. (D & R) Act, 1957 and 56 of Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) Rule.

3. Petitioner is alleged to be involved in illegal mining and storage of sand.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by this Court. Chargesheet has

Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Fatehpur Police Station Case No. 683 of 2024.
