JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER -------------- 24-07-2015 Despite repeated calls, none appears on behalf of the petitioner in support of the present writ petition. This matter was on the Board yesterday i.e. 23rd July, 2015 also and when the matter was called out, none had appeared in support of the writ petition. However, by an oral order, the matter was passed over with a hope that some counsel would appear in support of the writ petition on the next date. As noticed above, even today, when the matter has been called out, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
