2. Though the present writ application has been filed seeking directions over the respondent authorities for ensuring the life and personal property of petitioner from the respondent nos. 10 to 12 but the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted today that a title suit is pending between the parties

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1159 of 2024(2) dt.24-07-2025 2/2 and therefore direction may be issued for expeditious disposal of the title suit being Title Suit No. 281 of 2023.

3. In view of the above, the concerned Court below is directed to dispose of the Title Suit No. 281 of 2023 expeditiously within one year from the date of receipt of the communication of a copy of this order.

4. The parties are directed to co-operate in the disposal of the title suit and the Court below is directed not to give unnecessary adjournment any of the parties and will proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party.

5. It is also directed that if the plaintiff does not cooperate in the disposal of the title suit then the same will be dismissed for default.

6. With the aforesaid directions, this application is disposed of.

7. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Katihar through FAX for its compliance.
