JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-09-2021 The instant case has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing in view of the prevailing situation on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing.

The present writ petition has been filed for

Patna High Court CWJC No.415 of 2021(2) dt.21-09-2021 2/3 directing the respondent authorities to cancel the PDS license granted to the private respondent no. 7 and grant the PDS shop license to the petitioner inasmuch as the petitioner is next in the merit list and the private respondent no. 7 has already got a job, hence is not interested in running a PDS shop. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur by filing appropriate representation with regard to the aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, however, a time frame be fixed for disposal of the same. The learned counsel for the RespondentState, Sri Alok Ranjan (AC to AAG-5) has got no objection.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation with regard to the aforesaid grievances, before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur, within a period of four weeks from today and in case, such a representation is filed, the same shall be
