Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the husband of the petitioner no. 1 was having a PDS license, who died on 24.08.2020. He submits that only the wife of the deceased be considered for grant of PDS license on compassionate ground. He further submits that the name of petitioner no. 2, who is the brother of the deceased be deleted

Order accordingly.

The petition is disposed off with a direction that in case, the petitioner no. 1 makes appropriate application before the District Magistrate, Supaul regarding her claim, the same shall be decided within four weeks.
