Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, however, has submitted that the order, which has been passed in purported compliance of this Court's order dated 22.11.2019, passed in CWJC No. 20441 of 2019, is legally unsustainable. Be that as it may, since this Court's order has been complied with, the contempt proceeding stands dropped with a liberty to the petitioner to question the correctness of the decision before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
