2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act.
3. Allegation against the petitioner is that he demanded dowry from the informant and also tortured her due to non-fulfillment of same.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He has got no

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions, further submits that petitioner is ready to give rupee ten thousand per month as maintenance.
5. The petitioner will make all possible efforts to procure the bank account number of the informant for depositing Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) as monthly maintenance to her.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 15 of 2019 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saran at Chhapra.
7. The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted by the learned court below on showing receipt of deposit of Rs. 10,000/- (for the month of June, 2024) as monthly maintenance by petitioner in the account of the informant.
