JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 05-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kharagpur P. S. Case No. 34 of 2015 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 448, 307, 354, 385, 379, 504, 34 of IPC.
Allegation against the petitioners is that they went to the door of the informant and asked her to make payment as much amount has been spent on the case lodged by her. There is also allegation of assault against the petitioner no.2 and there is other allegation also. Both the petitioners are named in the F.I.R. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is case and counter case between the parties and for that a Panchayat was held. During that Panchayat there was a scuffle between the parties, which will appear from the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.35274 of 2019(3) dt.05-09-2019 2/2 materials collected during the investigation and moreover, the injuries are simple in nature.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Munger, in connection with Kharagpur P.
