The only grievance raised herein is that the election dispute filed as back as in the year 2013 bearing Election Case No. 8 of 2013 remains pending with the State Election Commission with no sign of disposal.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the limited grievance raised herein, this writ petition is

Patna High Court CWJC No.4550 of 2015 (2) dt.09-09-2015 disposed of with a direction to the State Election Commission to consider and dispose of the election case in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within six months from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to all the contesting parties.
