Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

From a four wheeler, liquor was recovered. Petitioner was apprehended, after four days of the occurrence, on suspicion. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent. He has no concern with the said vehicle or recovered liquor.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.36079 of 2019(2) dt.04-06-2019 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sadar Police Station Case No. 210 of 2019 (Special Excise Case No. 343 of 2019), subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
