To supply a certified copy of the Registered Sale Deed dated 10.08.1945, registered at the office of the Sub-Registrar, Danapur, vide Deed No. 3578, Volume No- 27.

Patna High Court CWJC No.10377 of 2024(2) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 (b). It is further prayed that during the pendency of the writ petition, further proceeding in mutation appeal no. 05/2023- 2024 and mutation appeal no. 06/2023-2024, pending before DCLR, Danapur, (Respondent No. 6), be stayed."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.
