2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 349/2024, registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 352, 351(2) & 3(5) of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted on the head of informant by butt of katta, whereas other co-accused assaulted with iron rod on informant's leg resulting in fracture and thereafter, this petitioner tied informant's leg with Gamacha and threatened to kill him. Doctor has found the injury grievous. Besides this, petitioner has got three criminal antecedent.

4. Considering the nature of injury and criminal antecedent, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is
