2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No. 06 of 2024 arising out of Makhdumpur (Tehta) P.S. Case No. 180 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 8/20(b)(ii) (C), 25, 29 of the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotics (NDPS) Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 45.200 Kg of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2024.

5. Considering the recovery of huge quantity of Ganja from the possession of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

7. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. If the trial is delayed due to the fault of the prosecution side, then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
