This revision application has been filed challenging the order passed by the learned court below permitting the intervener-opposite party nos. 3, 4 and 5 to contest the letters of administration case, and added them as defendants. The stamp reporter has pointed out that the civil revision application against the impugned order which is interlocutory in nature is not maintainable and the proper remedy for the petitioner is by way of civil writ application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. There is no contest to the said report by the stamp reporter. In view of the above, the petitioner is granted two weeks time to convert this revision application into an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India in accordance with law and rules.
