Let the name of the deceased petitioner be expunged and in her place (1) Ram Kumar Singh and (2) Amit Gaurav,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12290 of 2019(4) dt.15-09-2020 2/3 both sons of Late Tarendra Prasad Singh, resident of village - Kurso, Ward No. 5, Post Chunni, Police Station - Madhepur, District - Madhubani be substituted.

A counter affidavit has also been filed in this case on behalf of respondent no. 5. It appears on perusal thereof that now the authority for payment of GPF amount had been sent to the District Provident Fund Officer, Madhubani and it is stated that after receiving the authority slip from the District Provident Fund Officer, Madhubani the GPF amount shall be paid immediately.

Mr. Sanjeev Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners accepts that payment has already been made on this account, however he has certain reservations over the quantum of the payment and for that learned counsel seeks liberty from this Court to raise an issue of quantum and calculation, if so advised.

In the aforesaid view of the matter, this Writ Application is being disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to raise any issue with regard to the quantum and calculation of the provident fund amount and in case the respondents have not provided the calculation sheet to the petitioners it will be an obligation on the part of the District Provident Fund Officer,

Patna High Court CWJC No.12290 of 2019(4) dt.15-09-2020 3/3 Madhubani (respondent no. 8) to provide complete calculation sheet to the petitioners within four weeks from today whereupon the petitioners, if so advised, may file their representation within next eight weeks which will be considered and disposed off within three months from the date of submission of the representation.
