2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 21(C)/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

3. Altogether 177.4 liters of Codeine cough syrup has been recovered from the joint house of this petitioner and other two co-accused persons. The quantity of the cough syrup is more than commercial quantity.

4. Considering the fact that the alleged cough syrup has been recovered from the house of this petitioner, which is more than commercial quantity, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed.
