JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kako P.S.Case No. 141 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Section 467, 468, 469, 471 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking note of allegation leveled against the petitioner as well as this aspect of the matter, that having similar allegation prayer of anticipatory bail of co-accused Sudha Kumari Sinha has already been rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 31.01.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 44778 of 2013, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32700 of 2014 (2) dt.09-02-2015 2/2 in connection with Kako P.S.Case No. 141 of 2013 and seek regular bail within six weeks from today and if petitioner does so, the learned court below shall give similar treatment to the petitioner which has been ordered to be given to co-accused Sudha Kumari Sinha in Cr. Misc. No. 44778 of 2013.
