Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Buxar (Town) P.S. Case no. 349/2012 registered under sections 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
According to the prosecution case itself, ornaments were taken by co-accused Suman Kumar who happens to be son of petitioner no.1. So far as petitioners are concerned, it is only stated that petitioner no.1 executed an agreement in favour of informant and nothing specific has been levelled against petitioner nos. 2 to 6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14424 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that in the event of arrest/ surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in Buxar (Town) P.S. Case no. 349/2012 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
