The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Kudra P.S.Case No.113 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the FIR , petitioner repeatedly fired on the informant. Apart from that it appears that he is accused in other cases also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that dispute between the parties is with respect to the land as the land of the petitioner is situated just besides the land of the informant and two of the cases had been lodged by the informant earlier and the FIR itself shows that nobody has

Heard learned A.P.P. and the learned counsel for the informant. They have opposed the prayer for bail. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner surrender before the learned court below within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on the basis of the above facts and if possible to be disposed of on the same day..
With the aforesaid direction, this application is disposed of.
