The petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.03.2019 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 354A, 354C,354D,386, 504, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66 and 55C of the I.T. Act.

The informant, being the teacher in a primary school alleged that she was acquainted with the petitioner from before and in this background, the petitioner took a loan of Rs.1,00,000/- and on demand being made, the petitioner started blackmailing the informant by posting her some nude photographs on social media.

No.34647 of 2019(2) dt.28-05-2019 2/3 It is submitted by learned Sr. counsel for the petitioner that in the background of dispute with regard to refund of loan amount taken by the petitioner, the accusation has been levelled. A statement has been made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the informant submits that it is a clear case of blackmailing a girl by posting her obscene photographs on social media.

Considering the nature of accusation, being levelled in the background of contractual relationship between the petitioner and the informant from before, coupled with statement made in paragraph no.3 of the petition that the petitioner is not having any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on 3.06.2019, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-I, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Muzaffarpur Mahila P.S. Case No. 8 of 2019.

However, learned Court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if he defaults for two consecutive occasions or if the informant produces some
