2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 06.05.2024 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 187 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed the present modification application for correction of the District which the petitioner is a resident.

4. For the grounds mentioned in the petition, this application is allowed.

5. The order dated 06.05.2024 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 187 of 2024 is modified to the extent that the District of the petitioner shall now be read as 'Supaul' in place of 'Saharsa'.
