2. This writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
(i) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents nos. 1,2,3 and 4 to take appropriate measures for rejoining of petitioner through proper channel.
(ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the concerned respondents to ensure regularization of his salary, updation of his service book and payment of arrears for the period 2017-18.
(iii) For issuance of any other writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions which may deem fit in the facts and

3. Pursuant to the order dated 02.02.2026, counteraffidavit has been filed and learned counsel for the State, by referring to the statements made in para 12, submits that upon the death of the petitioner, the wife of the petitioner, has been given appointment, on compassionate ground, to the post of "Clerk" in a Government School under Block - Chausa, District - Buxar and necessary orders were issued accordingly. It has next been submitted that all the grievances of the petitioner has been adjudicated.
4. Such submissions of the learned counsel for the State is also not controverted by the counsel for the petitioner.
5. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
