2. The instance application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No. 194/2023 arising out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 17 of 2023 instituted for the offence u/s 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 1.11.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 59180 of 2023 with a direction to expedite and conclude the trial.

4. In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a report dt. 26.6.2024 with regard to the present stage of trial has been

5. No fresh ground is made for reconsideration of the regular bail application of the petitioner, as such, his prayer is rejected.

6. Accordingly, this application stands disposed off.

7. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial within a period of six months, failing which the petitioner may renew his prayer of bail. (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) amandeep/- U T
