For issuance of writ in the appropriate nature for quashing of order as contained in Memo No.100/Go dated 06.01.2012 passed by the District Magistrate, Nawada, by which, the District Magistrate has passed the minor punishment for withholding of three increments of pay without cumulative effect, without considering the show cause of the

for direction to the respondent authorities to make immediate payment of pecuniary loss caused to the petitioner by the arbitrary action of the respondent authorities.

The petitioner is directed to file an appeal in terms of Rule 23 before the competent appellate authority prescribed under Rule-24 of the Bihar C.C.A. Rules, 2005, within a period of 45 days, which shall be disposed of within a period of six months from the date of filing of such appeal.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present application stands disposed of.
