Petitioner is in custody in connection with Barhat P.S. Case No. 71 of 2018 for the offence under sections 363, 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 01.07.2018.

Referring to Annexure-2 the statement of the victim recorded under section 164 of the Cr.P.C. learned counsel submits that victim has stated before the Magistrate that she has joined wedlock at her own sweet will.
