JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 19-09-2018 The present writ application has been filed on 08.08.2014 but neither the counter affidavit has been filed by the petitioner nor the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. The grievance of the petitioner is that vide Annexure-4 graduate trained pay scale to the petitioner was admitted by the respondent Regional Deputy Director, Saran Division, Chapra on 20.08.2007, but unfortunately the consequential benefit has not been paid to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CWJC No.13760 of 2014 (2) dt.19-09-2018 2/2 respondents have not given the senior scale to the petitioner. The respondents are under obligation to grant all consequential benefit to the petitioner.

There is no counter affidavit filed in the present application, the court is constrained to give direction to the Regional Deputy Director, Saran Division, Chapra to ensure the consequential benefit of Annexure-4, if not already given within a maximum period of four months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
