JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 09-04-2015 It would appear from perusal of the mention slip, filed on behalf of the petitioner that this case has been listed on assumption to this effect that in the order dated 27-03-2015, in place of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Bikramganj, it has inadvertently been typed as learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri but from perusal of the order dated 27-03-2015, it would appear that in the said order, learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri has not been typed rather it has been typed as learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate Bikramganj. Accordingly, there is no need to list this matter again.
