1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail apprehending his arrest in connection with Gogri P.S. Case no. 244 of 2020, G.R no. 1956 of 2020, registered under sections 307, 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506, 354B, 379 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, 15 named accused persons including the petitioner herein are said to have assaulted the informant and his mother. It is further stated that the named accused persons assaulted the informant and others with lathi. Vidya Yadav fired at the informant but he was somehow saved. Sonelal Yadav took away Rs. 3820/- from his pocket. The

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The specific allegation is against Vidya Yadav and Sonelal Yadav. Against others, the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. A number of coaccused have been enlarged on bail vide orders brought on record as Annexure-3 series to this petition.
5. Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegation against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the specific allegation being against Vidya Yadav and Sonelal Yadav together with grant of bail to the seven accused persons vide orders dated 2.6.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 66959 of 2021 and dated 2.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. no. 35639 of 2022, it is directed that the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Gogri P.S. Case no. 244 of 2020, G.R no. 1956 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,
