The learned counsel for the State assures the Court that in case, such a representation is
Patna High Court CWJC No.14868 of 2021(2) dt.08-03-2022 2/2 pending, it shall be disposed off by the concerned authority by a speaking order within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner is satisfied with this order, hence no further adjudication of the matter is necessary.
