JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-08-2016 Mr. Raju Giri, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that challenge in the present case was to the first information report of Bhore P.S. Case No.88 of 2013 dated 2.6.2013 registered under Sections 409 and 353 of the Indian Penal Code. However, during pendency of the present application, the police completed investigation and submitted final report exonerating the petitioner from the prosecution. In that view of the matter, he seeks leave to withdraw the present application.

Accordingly, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
