In the show cause filed on behalf of the opposite party nos. 1 and 2, it is stated that the spot verification was made on 19.11.2016 by the Circle Officer, Kochas along with the Officer-incharge of Kochas and it was found that there was no bracketing of Bamboo over the land in question and the Bamboo Kothi was cut away for which photograph is also taken. Learned counsel for the petitioner admits that finally the encroachment has been removed.
