The petitioners, namely, Ravi Roushan @ Pintu, Avanish Kumar and Ankit Kumar, apprehend their arrest in Complaint Case No. 169/2013 registered under Section 406 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that his vehicle was lying in a garage but one day he came to know that the original paper, one blank stamp paper etc. were missing from the vehicle. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the complainant sold the vehicle to the petitioner no. 1 and the petitioners no. 2 and 3 are the witnesses.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32957 of 2014 (2) dt.06-02-2015 2/2 It appears that there is a dispute with regard to sale and purchase of the vehicle as the complainant alleged that a blank stamp paper was stolen but the petitioner no. 1 claimed to have purchased the vehicle from the complainant.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri M. Kumar, Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhepura in Complaint Case No. 169/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
