JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner filed a forged land possession certificate to obtain loan.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the owner of the land in question and earlier a land possession certificate was issued to the petitioner but subsequently one Ram Lochan Mandal gave him alleged certificate which was found to be forged.

The aforesaid facts constitute good ground for consideration of prayer for regular bail.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10933 of 2015 (2) dt.19-03-2015 2/2 regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six weeks in connection with Khutauna P.S. Case No. 01 of 2014 pending in the court of learned ACJM, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
