The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 363, 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the accused persons including the petitioner had forcibly taken away the son of the informant for the purpose of marriage.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody 14.01.2019. Charge sheet has been submitted in this case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The victim has been recovered as per his statement. He was kidnapped for the purpose of getting him married with the daughter of co-accused Arun Yadav. Except for this, there is no other allegation made

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate IV, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S. case No.215 of 2018.
