JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 29-03-2022 Heard learned counsel for the appellant, respondent no. 2 and learned Special Public Prosecutor for the State. Learned counsel for the respondent no. 2 submits that he has filed the counter affidavit in which it is stated that investigating officer has submitted the charge-sheet on 30.09.2020. He further submits that appellant is deliberately evading arrest and process under Section 82 and 82 of Cr.P.C. has already been completed on 27.09.2020, therefore, prayer for anticipatory bail is not maintainable.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this appeal is dismissed.
