Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 337, 307, 504, 506, 379/34 of the IPC.

As per FIR, the petitioner along with other accused persons assaulted the informant, his son, daughter and wife and snatched golden ring of daughter of the informant. Considering the facts of the case, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VIII at Patna in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S.
