2. The petitioner, who is in custody since 29.03.2025, seeks regular bail in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No. 409 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 27.12.2021 at about 1:30AM, unknown criminals looted Rs. 58,000/-, a mobile phone from the informant and drained diesel from vehicle of the informant.

4. The petitioner is the owner of the vehicle which was used in committing the loot.

5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has participated in the committing loot, I am not inclined to grant

6. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is hereby rejected.
